Terms of Use — Yawmak

By using Yawmak, published by Salem Salem, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on your devices.

• On iPhone & iPad: the license is also subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). Apple is not a party to these terms and is not responsible for the app or its support.
• On Android: the license is also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service. Google is not a party to these terms and is not responsible for the app or its support.

2. Price

The app is currently completely free, with no in-app purchases and no ads.

3. Yawmak+ subscription (if offered in the future)

We may later offer an optional "Yawmak+" subscription for extra features. If we do, the following applies, and each plan's title, length and price are shown clearly in the app before purchase:

• Payment: charged to your Apple ID (iPhone) or Google Play account (Android) on confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-renewal: the subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; renewal is charged within the last 24 hours of the period.
• Free trial (if any): if not canceled before it ends, the paid subscription starts automatically; any unused portion is forfeited upon purchase.
• Manage & cancel: iPhone: Settings ▸ Apple ID ▸ Subscriptions. Android: Google Play ▸ Profile ▸ Payments & subscriptions ▸ Subscriptions. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Refunds: handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
• Restore: the "Restore Purchases" button in the app, with the same Apple or Google account.

4. Content accuracy & disclaimer

• The Hijri calendar follows the official Umm al-Qura calendar; prayer times and the Qibla are computed astronomically (Umm al-Qura method) as guidance and may differ slightly from local authorities or your mosque.
• Dates of occasions, holidays, the academic calendar and salary day are estimates and may change by official decision (e.g. moon sighting). Always rely on official announcements.
• The app is provided "as is" without warranties; to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damage arising from reliance on it.

5. Acceptable use

You may not copy, modify, redistribute or reverse-engineer the app except as permitted by law.

6. Changes & governing law

We may update these terms and will post the new version here with its effective date. These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
