شروط الاستخدام (اتفاقية الترخيص)

تحكم هذه الشروط ("الاتفاقية") استخدامك لتطبيق Gold Pro 911 ("التطبيق") على أجهزة iOS وAndroid. بتنزيلك أو استخدامك للتطبيق فإنك تقرّ بقراءتك لهذه الشروط وموافقتك عليها. إن لم توافق، فلا تستخدم التطبيق.

1. الترخيص

نمنحك ترخيصاً شخصياً، محدوداً، غير حصري، غير قابل للتحويل، وقابلاً للإلغاء، لاستخدام التطبيق على أجهزة Apple iOS المدعومة أو أجهزة Android التي تملكها أو تتحكم بها، وفقاً لقواعد متجر التطبيقات الذي حصلت منه على التطبيق (App Store أو Google Play). لا يجوز لك بيع التطبيق أو تأجيره أو توزيعه أو إجراء هندسة عكسية له.

2. طبيعة الخدمة وإخلاء المسؤولية

يوفّر التطبيق أسعار الذهب والفضة والعملات وأدوات حسابية (حاسبة، زكاة، محوّل، مؤشر) لأغراض إعلامية فقط. الأسعار تأتي من مصادر خارجية وقد تتأخر أو تختلف عن أسعار السوق الفعلية.

المحتوى ليس نصيحة استثمارية أو مالية أو شرعية أو ضريبية.
حسابات الزكاة تقديرية للاسترشاد فقط؛ راجع جهة مختصة للأحكام الدقيقة.
أنت وحدك المسؤول عن أي قرار تتخذه بناءً على المعلومات في التطبيق.

3. الاشتراكات والمشتريات داخل التطبيق

يوفّر التطبيق اشتراك Gold Pro Premium (يزيل الإعلانات ويفتح مزايا إضافية) بالخيارين التاليين:

شهري — يتجدّد تلقائياً كل شهر.
سنوي — يتجدّد تلقائياً كل سنة.

شروط عامة للاشتراكات المتجدّدة تلقائياً:

يُحصَّل المبلغ عبر متجر التطبيقات الذي يستخدمه جهازك عند تأكيد الشراء.
يتجدّد الاشتراك تلقائياً ما لم تقم بإلغائه قبل نهاية فترة الفوترة الحالية، وفقاً لقواعد المتجر المعني.
يُعرض السعر وفترة الفوترة داخل التطبيق قبل إتمام الشراء، ويحدّدهما المتجر بعملتك المحلية.
لا نطّلع على رقم بطاقتك أو بيانات وسيلة الدفع الكاملة ولا نخزّنها؛ تعالجها جهة المتجر وفقاً لسياساتها.

على أجهزة iOS

تتم عمليات الشراء والاشتراك عبر Apple App Store باستخدام أنظمة Apple للمشتريات داخل التطبيق (StoreKit).
يُحصَّل المبلغ من حساب Apple ID الخاص بك عند تأكيد الشراء.
وفقاً لقواعد Apple، يتجدّد الاشتراك تلقائياً ما لم يُلغَ قبل 24 ساعة على الأقل من نهاية الفترة الحالية.
يمكنك إدارة اشتراكاتك أو إلغاؤها من إعدادات الجهاز ← Apple ID ← الاشتراكات.

على أجهزة Android

تتم عمليات الشراء والاشتراك عبر Google Play باستخدام Google Play Billing.
يُحصَّل المبلغ من حساب Google Play الخاص بك عند تأكيد الشراء.
يمكنك إدارة اشتراكاتك أو إلغاؤها من Google Play ← الاشتراكات، أو من رابط إدارة الاشتراك داخل التطبيق.

4. الإعلانات

قد يَعرض الإصدار المجاني إعلانات من أطراف ثالثة عبر Google AdMob. باستخدامك الإصدار المجاني فإنك توافق على عرض الإعلانات. راجع سياسة الخصوصية للتفاصيل، بما في ذلك خيارات الموافقة المعمول بها.

5. الملكية الفكرية

التطبيق وتصميمه وشعاراته ومحتواه (باستثناء بيانات الأسعار من المصادر الخارجية والإعلانات) مملوكة لنا ومحميّة بموجب قوانين الملكية الفكرية. لا تكتسب أي حقوق فيها سوى الترخيص الممنوح أعلاه.

6. محتوى الأطراف الأخرى

يصل التطبيق إلى بيانات أسعار الذهب والفضة والعملات من مزوّدي بيانات خارجيين، ويعرض إعلانات من Google. لا نتحمّل مسؤولية دقّة أو توافر أو محتوى هذه الأطراف.

7. إخلاء الضمانات

يُقدَّم التطبيق "كما هو" و"حسب توافره" دون أي ضمانات صريحة أو ضمنية، بما في ذلك دقّة البيانات أو ملاءمتها لغرض معيّن أو استمرارية الخدمة دون انقطاع أو أخطاء.

8. تحديد المسؤولية

إلى أقصى حد يسمح به القانون، لا نتحمّل أي مسؤولية عن أي خسائر مباشرة أو غير مباشرة أو تبعية ناتجة عن استخدامك للتطبيق أو الاعتماد على بياناته، بما في ذلك القرارات المالية.

9. الإنهاء

يجوز لنا تعليق أو إنهاء وصولك للتطبيق عند مخالفتك لهذه الشروط. تظل بنود إخلاء المسؤولية وتحديد المسؤولية سارية بعد الإنهاء.

10. التعديلات

قد نحدّث هذه الشروط من وقت لآخر. استمرارك في استخدام التطبيق بعد التحديث يُعد قبولاً للنسخة الجديدة.

11. القانون الحاكم

تخضع هذه الشروط لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية، مع عدم الإخلال بالحقوق الإلزامية للمستهلك في بلد إقامتك.

هذا التطبيق منتج مستقل وغير مرتبط بـ Apple Inc. ولا بـ Google LLC. وبالنسبة للنسخة التي يتم تنزيلها من App Store على أجهزة iOS، تسري اتفاقية ترخيص المستخدم القياسية من Apple (Apple Standard EULA) إضافةً إلى هذه الشروط؛ ولا تسري تلك الاتفاقية على مستخدمي Android.

These Terms ("Agreement") govern your use of the Gold Pro 911 app ("the App") on iOS and Android devices. By downloading or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. License

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on supported Apple iOS devices or Android devices that you own or control, in accordance with the rules of the app store from which you obtained the App (the App Store or Google Play). You may not sell, rent, distribute, or reverse-engineer the App.

2. Nature of Service & Disclaimer

The App provides gold, silver, and currency prices and calculation tools (calculator, zakat, converter, chart) for informational purposes only. Prices come from third-party sources and may be delayed or differ from actual market prices.

The content is not investment, financial, religious, or tax advice.
Zakat calculations are estimates for guidance only; consult a qualified authority for precise rulings.
You are solely responsible for any decision made based on information in the App.

3. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

The App offers Gold Pro Premium (removes ads and unlocks additional features) with the following two options:

Monthly — auto-renews every month.
Yearly — auto-renews every year.

General auto-renewing subscription terms:

Payment is charged through the app store used by your device upon purchase confirmation.
The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it before the end of the current billing period, in accordance with the rules of the applicable store.
The price and billing period are shown in the App before you complete the purchase, and are set by the store in your local currency.
We do not receive or store your card number or complete payment method details; these are processed by the applicable store provider under its own policies.

On iOS devices

Purchases and subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store using Apple's in-app purchase systems (StoreKit).
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon purchase confirmation.
Under Apple's rules, the subscription auto-renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions in Device Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

On Android devices

Purchases and subscriptions are processed through Google Play using Google Play Billing.
Your Google Play account is charged upon purchase confirmation.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions in Google Play → Subscriptions, or via the manage-subscription link inside the App.

4. Advertising

The free version may display third-party advertisements through Google AdMob. By using the free version you agree to the display of ads. See the Privacy Policy for details, including applicable consent choices.

5. Intellectual Property

The App, its design, logos, and content (excluding third-party price data and ads) are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You acquire no rights other than the license granted above.

6. Third-Party Content

The App accesses gold, silver, and currency price data from third-party data providers and displays ads from Google. We are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or content of these third parties.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including data accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted/error-free service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses arising from your use of the App or reliance on its data, including financial decisions.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. The disclaimer and limitation-of-liability sections survive termination.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the new version.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.

This App is an independent product and is not affiliated with Apple Inc. or Google LLC. For the version downloaded from the App Store on iOS devices, Apple's Standard EULA applies in addition to these Terms; it does not apply to Android users.
