تحكم هذه الشروط ("الاتفاقية") استخدامك لتطبيق Gold Pro ("التطبيق"). بتنزيلك أو استخدامك للتطبيق فإنك تقرّ بقراءتك لهذه الشروط وموافقتك عليها. إن لم توافق، فلا تستخدم التطبيق.
نمنحك ترخيصاً شخصياً، محدوداً، غير حصري، غير قابل للتحويل، وقابلاً للإلغاء، لاستخدام التطبيق على أجهزة Apple التي تملكها أو تتحكم بها، وفقاً لقواعد App Store. لا يجوز لك بيع التطبيق أو تأجيره أو توزيعه أو إجراء هندسة عكسية له.
يوفّر التطبيق أسعار الذهب والفضة والعملات وأدوات حسابية (حاسبة، زكاة، محوّل، مؤشر) لأغراض إعلامية فقط. الأسعار تأتي من مصدر خارجي وقد تتأخر أو تختلف عن أسعار السوق الفعلية.
يوفّر التطبيق اشتراك Gold Pro Premium (يزيل الإعلانات ويفتح مزايا إضافية) بالخيارات التالية:
شروط الاشتراكات المتجدّدة تلقائياً:
يَعرض الإصدار المجاني إعلانات طرف ثالث (Google AdMob). باستخدامك الإصدار المجاني فإنك توافق على عرض الإعلانات. راجع سياسة الخصوصية للتفاصيل.
التطبيق وتصميمه وشعاراته ومحتواه (باستثناء بيانات الأسعار من المصدر الخارجي والإعلانات) مملوكة لنا ومحميّة بموجب قوانين الملكية الفكرية. لا تكتسب أي حقوق فيها سوى الترخيص الممنوح أعلاه.
يصل التطبيق إلى بيانات أسعار من goldprice.org ويعرض إعلانات من Google. لا نتحمّل مسؤولية دقّة أو توافر أو محتوى هذه الأطراف.
يُقدَّم التطبيق "كما هو" و"حسب توافره" دون أي ضمانات صريحة أو ضمنية، بما في ذلك دقّة البيانات أو ملاءمتها لغرض معيّن أو استمرارية الخدمة دون انقطاع أو أخطاء.
إلى أقصى حد يسمح به القانون، لا نتحمّل أي مسؤولية عن أي خسائر مباشرة أو غير مباشرة أو تبعية ناتجة عن استخدامك للتطبيق أو الاعتماد على بياناته، بما في ذلك القرارات المالية.
يجوز لنا تعليق أو إنهاء وصولك للتطبيق عند مخالفتك لهذه الشروط. تظل بنود إخلاء المسؤولية وتحديد المسؤولية سارية بعد الإنهاء.
قد نحدّث هذه الشروط من وقت لآخر. استمرارك في استخدام التطبيق بعد التحديث يُعد قبولاً للنسخة الجديدة.
تخضع هذه الشروط لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية، مع عدم الإخلال بالحقوق الإلزامية للمستهلك في بلد إقامتك وبشروط Apple القياسية.

These Terms ("Agreement") govern your use of the Gold Pro app ("the App"). By downloading or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with App Store rules. You may not sell, rent, distribute, or reverse-engineer the App.
The App provides gold, silver, and currency prices and calculation tools (calculator, zakat, converter, chart) for informational purposes only. Prices come from a third-party source and may be delayed or differ from actual market prices.
The App offers Gold Pro Premium (removes ads and unlocks additional features) with the following options:

The free version displays third-party ads (Google AdMob). By using the free version you agree to the display of ads. See the Privacy Policy for details.
The App, its design, logos, and content (excluding third-party price data and ads) are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You acquire no rights other than the license granted above.
The App accesses price data from goldprice.org and displays ads from Google. We are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or content of these third parties.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including data accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted/error-free service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses arising from your use of the App or reliance on its data, including financial decisions.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. The disclaimer and limitation-of-liability sections survive termination.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the new version.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence and Apple's standard terms.
