يعرض الإصدار المجاني من Gold Pro 911 إعلانات من خلال Google AdMob. قد تعالج Google وشركاؤها بيانات تقنية وبيانات متعلقة بالجهاز ومعرّف الإعلانات وبيانات استخدام وتفاعل لأغراض عرض الإعلانات وقياس الأداء ومنع الاحتيال، وفقًا لإعدادات الموافقة والقوانين المعمول بها.

حيثما يوفّر التطبيق تنبيهات الأسعار، تُنشأ الإشعارات باستخدام آليات الإشعارات المحلية المدعومة على الجهاز عند بلوغ السعر المُستهدف. ولا تُرفع قيم المحفظة أو التنبيهات عمداً إلى خوادمنا كجزء من ميزة التنبيهات المحلية المعتادة.
تتوفر اشتراكات Gold Pro Premium من خلال متجر التطبيقات الذي يستخدمه الجهاز.
على أجهزة iOS، تتم عمليات الشراء من خلال Apple App Store باستخدام أنظمة Apple الخاصة بالمشتريات داخل التطبيق.
على أجهزة Android، تتم عمليات الشراء من خلال Google Play باستخدام Google Play Billing.
لا نطلع على رقم بطاقة الدفع أو بيانات وسيلة الدفع الكاملة الخاصة بالمستخدم ولا نخزنها. تتم معالجة معلومات الدفع والمعاملات بواسطة مزود متجر التطبيقات المعني وفقًا لسياساته وشروطه — راجع سياسة خصوصية Apple وسياسة خصوصية Google.
التطبيق غير موجّه للأطفال دون 13 عاماً، ولا نجمع عمداً أي بيانات منهم. إذا اعتقدت أن طفلاً زوّدنا ببيانات، تواصل معنا لإزالتها.

This Privacy Policy explains how the Gold Pro 911 app ("the App", "we", "us") handles information when you use the App on iOS and Android devices. The App does not require an account or sign-in.
We do not ask you to provide your name, email address, phone number, or postal address as a condition of using the App. However, the third-party services used for advertising and purchases may process their own device, advertising, transaction, or technical information under their own policies.
Gold Pro 911 does not require a user account, and we do not ask for your name, phone number, email address, or physical address in order to use the App.
Information you create inside the App — such as portfolio entries, preferences, calculator inputs, and alerts — is stored locally on your device, unless a future feature explicitly changes this.

The App retrieves market information from third-party data providers over a secure HTTPS connection, for:
These services are used to provide market information. Gold Pro 911 does not intentionally send your portfolio entries, calculator inputs, name, email address, phone number, or other personal profile information to those market-data providers as part of normal price retrieval.
The free version of Gold Pro 911 displays ads through Google AdMob. Google and its partners may process technical data, device-related data, the advertising identifier, and usage and interaction data for the purposes of serving ads, measuring performance, and preventing fraud, subject to consent settings and applicable law.

In the EEA, the UK, and Switzerland, Gold Pro 911 uses Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) / Google-certified consent flow to request applicable advertising consent.
You may choose not to consent where applicable, and advertising behaviour depends on your consent choices and applicable regulations. Google's processing of data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy and the Google Ads Policy. Subscribing to Gold Pro Premium removes ads within the App.
For users in the EEA, the UK, and Switzerland, Gold Pro 911 uses Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) / Google Privacy & Messaging consent flow to request and manage consent where required.

The following information is stored locally on your device for normal app functionality:
This data is used to run the App on your device. It does not mean that nothing is ever sent anywhere: third-party services such as AdMob and the app stores may process their own data as described in this policy.
Portfolio holdings and related entries you enter are stored locally on your device and are used for the App's portfolio calculations and display. The App does not provide cloud synchronization for this data.
Where the App provides price alerts, notifications are produced using the device's supported local notification mechanisms when a target price is reached. Portfolio and alert values are not intentionally uploaded to our servers as part of the normal local-alert feature.
Gold Pro Premium subscriptions are offered through the app store used by the device.
On iOS devices, purchases are processed through the Apple App Store using Apple's in-app purchase systems.
On Android devices, purchases are processed through Google Play using Google Play Billing.
We do not receive or store the user's full payment card number or complete payment method details. Payment and transaction information is processed by the applicable app-store provider according to its policies and terms — see the Apple Privacy Policy and the Google Privacy Policy.
The App is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child provided us data, contact us to remove it.
We do not currently provide a user account or a server-side deletion process, because the App does not hold an account with us.
Network communication uses HTTPS. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
