تصف هذه السياسة كيفية تعامل تطبيق Gold Pro ("التطبيق"، "نحن") مع بياناتك عند استخدامك له. باستخدامك التطبيق فإنك توافق على الممارسات الموضّحة هنا. التطبيق متاح على نظام iOS عبر App Store.
نحن أنفسنا لا نجمع ولا نخزّن أي بيانات شخصية تعرّف بك، مثل الاسم أو البريد الإلكتروني أو رقم الهاتف أو الموقع الجغرافي. ولا يتطلب التطبيق إنشاء حساب أو تسجيل دخول.
يجلب التطبيق أسعار الذهب والفضة والعملات من مزوّد بيانات خارجي (goldprice.org) عبر اتصال آمن HTTPS. هذه عملية قراءة للبيانات فقط، ولا تُرسَل أي معلومات شخصية منك إلى خادم الأسعار.
يَعرض الإصدار المجاني إعلانات عبر شبكة Google AdMob (طرف ثالث). لتقديم الإعلانات وقياس أدائها، قد يجمع مزوّد الإعلانات:
نطلب إذنك أولاً عبر App Tracking Transparency (ATT). إذا رفضت، تستمر الإعلانات لكنها غير مخصّصة. تخضع معالجة Google لبياناتك لـ سياسة خصوصية Google وسياسة إعلانات Google. يمكنك إزالة جميع الإعلانات بالاشتراك في Gold Pro Premium.
عند موافقتك على ATT، قد يُستخدم مُعرّف الإعلان لربط نشاطك بأغراض إعلانية لدى أطراف أخرى (تتبّع). يمكنك سحب الإذن في أي وقت من الإعدادات ← الخصوصية والأمان ← التتبّع على جهازك.
تُحفظ تفضيلاتك (العملة المختارة، حالة الاشتراك، تنبيهات الأسعار، الأسعار المخزّنة مؤقتاً للودجت) محلياً على جهازك فقط باستخدام مساحة تخزين النظام، ولا تُرسَل إلى خوادمنا.
إذا فعّلت تنبيهات الأسعار، يُنشئ التطبيق إشعارات محلية على جهازك عند بلوغ السعر المُستهدف. تُعالَج هذه التنبيهات محلياً ولا تتطلب إرسال بياناتك إلينا.
تُدار عمليات الشراء والاشتراك بالكامل عبر Apple App Store (StoreKit). لا نطّلع على بيانات بطاقتك أو وسيلة دفعك ولا نخزّنها. تخضع معاملات الدفع لـ سياسة خصوصية Apple.
التطبيق غير موجّه للأطفال دون 13 عاماً، ولا نجمع عمداً أي بيانات منهم. إذا اعتقدت أن طفلاً زوّدنا ببيانات، تواصل معنا لإزالتها.
بما أننا لا نجمع بيانات شخصية تعرّف بك، لا توجد بيانات شخصية لدينا لطلب الوصول إليها أو حذفها. أما البيانات التي تجمعها شبكة الإعلانات فيمكنك التحكم بها عبر إعدادات التتبّع في جهازك وإعدادات إعلانات Google.
تُجرى كل اتصالات الشبكة عبر HTTPS. ومع ذلك، لا توجد وسيلة نقل عبر الإنترنت آمنة 100%، ولا نضمن الأمان المطلق.
قد نحدّث هذه السياسة من وقت لآخر. سيظهر تاريخ آخر تحديث أعلى الصفحة، ويُعد استمرارك في استخدام التطبيق موافقةً على النسخة المحدّثة.

This policy explains how the Gold Pro app ("the App", "we") handles your data. By using the App you agree to the practices described here. The App is available on iOS via the App Store.
We do not collect or store any personally identifiable information such as your name, email, phone number, or location. The App does not require an account or sign-in.
The App fetches gold, silver, and currency prices from a third-party data provider (goldprice.org) over a secure HTTPS connection. This is read-only; no personal information is sent to the price server.
The free version displays ads via the Google AdMob network (a third party). To serve and measure ads, the ad provider may collect:
We request your permission first via App Tracking Transparency (ATT). If you decline, ads continue but are non-personalized. Google's processing is governed by the Google Privacy Policy and Google Ads Policy. You can remove all ads by subscribing to Gold Pro Premium.
If you grant ATT permission, the advertising identifier may be used to link your activity for advertising purposes across other parties (tracking). You can withdraw permission anytime via Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
Your preferences (selected currency, subscription status, price alerts, cached widget prices) are stored locally on your device only and are never sent to our servers.
If you enable price alerts, the App schedules local notifications on your device when a target price is reached. These are processed locally and do not require sending your data to us.
All purchases and subscriptions are handled entirely by the Apple App Store (StoreKit). We do not see or store your card or payment details. Payments are governed by the Apple Privacy Policy.
The App is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child provided us data, contact us to remove it.
Since we do not collect personally identifiable data, there is no personal data held by us to access or delete. Data collected by the ad network can be controlled via your device's tracking settings and Google's ad settings.
All network communication uses HTTPS. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date will reflect changes, and continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
